first rpg i've ever taken notes on and wow i love it

Lot of people say it's the best old-school, or best isometric, or even best cRPG ever made.
I'm with the last part.
It's simply astonishing what level of quality it represents compared to games these days.

It's not my first RPGs and I'm only in the beginning (I think but I've played for several hours..) but it's definitely..unique and different in a very, very good way.

I may get flamed for this, but I have found that the way the story pulls on the heart-strings is what makes it so good.

Much like James Cameron movies, until you realist they are terrible.

Of course I still think that PS:T is up there with the best (Chris Avellone is king).

Edit: Yes, I haven't really articulated my point properly but i'll leave it ambiguous (or incomprehensible) anyways.

I do think its the best CRPG ever made, as well as the best story I have experienced in a videogame. This game is just pure magic.
