Normally the language of a game comes with the installer to chose from.

However when downloading the bonus material for Plancescape it lined up a "Russian localization (Fargus)" file for download.

Why are all other languages seperated as different installers so that I can chose the one I understand but russian comes with the bonus stuff?

Because there was no official russian localization.

LynXsh: Because there was no official russian localization.
using the old GOG downloader, it is in the "English installer" packed with both versions, just to let you know.
