I installed all the mods and such before I started the game. I'm just after the part where I get the key for Razel Puzzleworth's portal. When I booted the game up tonight, Fall-from-Grace and Ignus were missing from my party. I can't find them anywhere. I checked and all my other progress is saved. What's the cause of this? Can I fix this?

It's been a while since I posted this, but I'd like to repeat this is still a problem. I don't want to start all over again, so I'd appreciate somebody responding with help. Falls-from-Grace and Ignus have completely vanished from my party and the world.

This sounds weird, never heard of it. A google search turned up nothing either, or maybe my google-fu is simply too weak.
