oriberu: Not my experience. Undersigil's (edited name) Glabrezus will eat you alive, no matter what constitution you have.
Even at the hardest difficulty you'll regenerate much faster than them so just run away for a few rounds to get the immense amount of HP you'll have with 25 con back.
