It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've been trying to install PST for 2 days now.

I downloaded it the first time in Chrome, installed it, and realized I wanted to install it to a different location. I uninstalled it, but when I tried to install it again, the installer kept telling me the files were corrupted. From then on, every time I redownloaded it was also corrupted.

I tried it again with Firefox, I started the installer to see if it would verify, and it did. I cancelled the installation. When I came back later to install it, the installer said it was corrupted.

I just downloaded the installer with IE8. The game installed. Unfortunately, I installed all of my mods before running the game for the first time. I uninstalled PST, and when I went to reinstall, it said the installer was corrupted.

I have cleared my caches, and I've run a constant ping during the download. Nothing seems to help after I've downloaded the installer the first time in each browser.

Help! I want to play this sooooo bad!

Thank you.

What are you running for anti-virus/network security? Whatever it is, try disabling it while you are downloading/installing.
You may have left-overs left behind after uninstalling. Try Revo Uninstaller for uninstall, or a similar tool. I used Revo several times last night and it worked fine.

All I'm running is Windows defender. I just turned it off, and I'm downloading again.

I have Revo, but I've already uninstalled the game. It's not finding anything else.

That is really weird... I m running Defender and Avira, and all I had to do was double-click the set-up file and it went through install again.
Running the installer shouldn't affect the files at all, as it simply reads the files from an archive (the exe file) and puts them in the proper directories. It also adds icons, puts stuff in your registry and so on. Point being, it doesn't (or definitely shouldn't) modify it's own content.

Try burning the installer to a DVD. If the download is ok and the burn succeeds, the installer file will be ok and can't possibly change after installation.

If that helps, then the case might be that your HD may be failing. Might want to back up your stuff just in case. :)

Yeah, I've considered the Harddrive problem. However, this occurs installing to and from eigher my C: or D: drives (I have separate physical disks).

I downloaded the installer at work, and threw it on a usb drive. Everything seems to be fine here. I'll try it when I get home.So I downloaded the installer at work and threw it on a USB drive. When I got home, I copied the installer to my desktop, and it installed flawlessly.

I've started the installer several times just to see if it validates, and it's been fine.

It looks like I'm having a network/browser issue of some very strange variety. I'll have to look into it when I have time.
