I'm terribly sorry for being a nitpicky bean-counter, but this really bugs me out and won't leave me alone while playing the game. Here's my problem:

Apparently I'm not getting the full amount of experience.. or at least not what is advertised. I just started the game after installing all the mods (probably most important to mention that this includes the Fix Pack), and when I get to the first chance to earn some experience (the zombie in the mortuary who carries a note in his teeth) the text window tells my I just received 250pts of experience - however, when I check my character sheet it's only 160 (or something).

Since I now know this I have this constantly nagging in my head which is horrible.

Please tell me this is perfectly normal for some reason so that I may calm my horrible nature and keep on enjoying this amazing game o___o

I should probably add that the described encounter is only the first case. The same thing happens during the following Mortuary quests as well (getting the stuff for Ei Vene and solving the pyramid puzzle): Whenever I am told to receive 250 exp points, I receive some significantly smaller amount.

I'm not all too familiar with the underlying D&D rules, but might the explanation simply be that the experience gets shared between me and Mort..?

Okay, that seems to be it, just tried it and now the numbers work out. Thanks brain for laying the groundwork for my upcoming schizophrenia -__-
