After purchasing the Tides of Numenara, I decided to re-install Planescape but it is not in my library anymore, I have a feeling this has something to do with the new Enhanced version, does anyone know anything about this?

It should be in your library if you have bought it. I suggest double checking first, and if it is still missing...contact GoG.

Try refreshing your library: https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

Once you've purchased a game, GOG will never remove it from your library -- even if they lose the rights to continue selling it. Though sometimes when a game is renamed or repackaged it can visually disappear from your library. Using that refresh link above typically sorts it out. If not, then as Stig said -- a support ticket should set things right.

I've owned the original PST for a while now (and just finished it for the first time last week!).

I also bought the EE when it was released. Both are side by side in my collection library.
