I seem to remember a certain event involving Githyanki talking about burning a Githzeraki city. Unfortunately, Dak'kon and the other quest person got into a fight.

Since I had made the mistake of not being babysat by a walkthrough at the time, I thought that there was nothing to be done about it and let him kill the bitch.
Well, apparently my bad. Now the other Gith in the Lower Ward responds to me only be attacking me, and the quest is broken.

Is there any console or savegame editor that will let me get around this bit of stupidity? I really wish I didn't have to follow word for word what the walkthrough says to make sure I don't inadvertently botch things.
Role playing games are not for roleplaying, they are for working your way through exactly like it is written in the walkthrough.

Seriously, why do you bother about this unimportant side quest at all ? A few minutes grinding with respawning monsters will yield better benefits. Play the game your own way or just watch a video instead.

You only get one play through as a PST virgin.
Do you really want someone else to play it for you?

This is actually the fourth time that I've played through PST, something that I probably should have mentioned. It has just been a few years, and I seem to have forgotten that if a character is antagonistic towards a party member that you can just move them somewhere else.

Also, I'm not playing the game as a power gamer. If I can complete the quests and survive the fights, I genuinely don't care about grinding. The reason why I care about this quest was because I thought that it might contribute to a dialogue tree with Dak'kon.

Double also, I didn't really ask for anyone's opinion on what they think I should do to play the game. I'm just a tad irritated with some of the closing dialogue paths and kind of wish there was a way to get around it.
