Extracting the fixpack download into my torment file. When I open the setup exe file it simply says can not find dialogue and quits. Not sure what to do.

Which fixpack are you using. Spellhold Studios has the latest and best. If you got it from there, I'd suggest posting there in the appropriate forum. Go where the knowledge is.

Check that you have Dialog.tlk & Setup-PST-Fix.exe in the same folder.
It sounds like you have created a sub directory.
