I entered in the hideout too soon, I tought I would be able to return to Curst after helping Trias, but now I'm in Baator. I'll be able to return to Curst sometime in the future, or not? I haven't completed any quests in Curst yet. : (

You'll be able to return to Curst, but it will be in a bit of a different state from when you left it. If you wanted to take care of the quests you left behind then you'll probably want to reload an earlier save.

Don't worry about every unimportant sidequest. If you really can't live without the little XP bonuses just kill some extra respawning mosters in the easy areas you'll visit.
