Does anyone know how to undo this mod easily without reinstalling everything, and then reinstalling all the other mods again?

http://www.bootstrike.com/Torment/files.html

The mod is on this page. It altars the RESDATA file in the override folder, and I didn't back it up.... :(

That would require changing a lot of lines. It can be done, but which mods have you installed and want to keep? Maybe I can just give you my .ini file.

nvidia_fix
PST-Fix
PST-Tweak
PST-UB
G3 widescreen

That's it.

I don't think any of them altar the RESDATA file, but really I have no clue. :/

Right, we can give it a try.
Backup resdata.ini file, just in case something goes wrong.
Replace it with this one -> http://www.mediafire.com/?6pc1earklu7zcbz

EDIT: if it doesn't work, just upload your .ini file and I'll change relevant lines. It will be quicker than explaining which one need replacing ;)

Did you try re-equipping anything? changing your armor/weapons after replacing .ini?
I forgot to add that it's needed to trigger the model change.

Yeah. I made a new game too, and instead of starting off laying on the slab I was standing next to it with the robe on, not moving until mort came over.

I replaced the ini file again incase it it didn't stick, but the same thing.

You think I should just start again and install everything?

Strange. I tested it right now (installed and un-installed the mod) and it worked.
Do you have any files in temp or cache folders?

EDIT: Remove any resdata.ini from override and load your save. We'll see if the change is registered at all.

I have nothing in the cache. I removed the resdata and I'm not now wearing the robe, I'm back to normal.... ?

I'm certain I've uploaded the right file, but let's check that:
Put my file into override and open it with notepad.
Search for string [51].
Below you'll see a lot of lines - do most of them ends with *nom (like attack1=dat1nom) or *noh (attack1=dat1noh) ?
[51] // Nameless One with Hammer
hitsound=NAM020a,NAM020b,NAM020c
hitframe=0
at1sound=swi_01a
at1frame=5
at2sound=swi_01b
at2frame=4
attack1=dat1nom
attack2=dat2nom
diebackward=ddfbnom
gethit=dhitnom
getup=dstdnom
run=drunnom
spell1=dsp1nom
spell2=dsp1nom
stance=dstcnom
stance2stand=dc2snom
stancefidget1=dstcnom
stand=dstdnom
stand2stance=ds2cnom
standfidget1=dsf1nom
standfidget2=dsf1nom
talk1=dtk1nom
talk2=dtk1nom
talk3=dtk1nom
walk=dwlknom
misc1=dstdnom
misc2=dstdnom
walkscale=5.15
runscale=15.0
bestiary=76
armor=0

Ummmmfp. Well thankfully only one of us here is an idiot. :)

How did I manage that?! Nevermind. Thankyou so much for you help and your pathological patience! It's fixed now. Seemingly would have been ages ago too if I hadn't have done what I don't know I did.

Thanks!!
I can go play now and not be in a robe!!
