I just gave Soego's skull to Lothar and he told me about Ravel. Now I'm trying to leave his building and get back to the city district, but the game crashes every time I try exiting. I've tried using widescreen mod 3.05 and 3.06 and both of them crash. Is there some way to fix this?

I had the same problem, but with Mabbeth. I entered to heal, saved, and then every time I tried to exit it will crash.

Just let Annah kill TNO. You'll awake in the mortuary.

I didnt try to leave by myself - but was automatically ejected when I pestered Lothar to answer more questions after the Quest dialogue had finished and I'd spoken to the skulls on the shelves again.
Perhaps it may work for you?
