Is there a keyboard key that I can press instead of clicking the button with the mouse? Alternatively, is there a way to map the button to a keyboard key or make the mouse go to the button coordinates, click the key and return to the previous coordinates via the keyboard? Or maybe there's a mod that eliminates the button altogether?

I'm trying to get this game playable with a gamepad and I've had some success with xpadder so far, but that little button in dialogs is the main usability roadblock.
