I'm in Curst, and I'm trying to do Dallon's quest, but after saving the innkeeper's daughter, I somehow turned all of Inner Curst hostile. I didn't think much of it, but now I can't progress. Is there a way to make them neutral again?

Try Charm spells for a short term solution. IIRC, that works in BG1, but in BG2 you can't talk to charmed characters. PS:T was made between those two games, so I don't know what system it uses, but it's worth a try.

What exactly did you do while saving her? AoE spells can and will target civilians, so if you cast one of those and hit a bystander, that might do it.

Either way, the closest you can get to a "Charm" spell in PST is Pacify; I've never used it myself, but the description indicates that it puts people into a deep sleep or trance, so it might prevent you from talking to anyone you use it on.

OK. I got back to where I was, and I tried this quest several times without magic, and I cannot keep from turning all of Inner Curst hostile. I tried keeping as far away from the main boulevard as possible, but still no luck, and there is no nonviolent option. Grrrrr....

Are you talking to the Captain to make the gang hostile or are you attacking them first? It's a bit of a shot in the dark, but that's the only thing I can think of without knowing more about what exactly is going on.
