I first bought and downloaded this back around when it came out. Since then, I notice the executable has been updated to 'version 2.0.0' or whatever it currently is - anyone have any idea what the changes between these were?

Thanks for that - I'm running it on 7, though I have no issues with it, so I won't bother re-downloading the entire executable for that.

I have no problems with downloading the game again, but...

After much patching and installing and patching again, I don't like the thought of having to do it all again. And maybe even restart my playthrough. Is there any way to just install that ddrawfix, without having to reinstall the entire game?

Never mind. I actually downloaded and reinstalled the entire thing, and patched up my saves. Seems to work flawlessly, with no hiccups during spellcasting which annoyed me dearly earlier.

I'm on Win8Pro x64 here and the ddraw fix works fine--however, I did still wind up with a lot of cursor trails in the game in various spots until I edited the ddrawfix as spelled out in this thread.
