Hi guys,
When I boot up PS:T in normal fullscreen, as the movie starts playing it becomes very wrong colors. Sharp purples, yellows, etc. I assume this is because I am running Win 7 x64, but no one else seems to have this problem. If i boot it in windowed mode, the videos don't play, and this problem doesn't occur. I want the videos to play. If I switch it to 16 bit on my desktop the same thing happens. I formatted my computer recently (and may have installed x64 instead of x86, I dont remember) but it was working before and its the exact same hardware.

PLEASE help!

Playing the game fine in Win8.1.1x64 with *no* compatibility options set (so the game runs fine in normal Win8.1x64 32-bit color mode.)

Q: Have you followed this installation guide?:

http://www.gog.com/news/mod_spotlight_planescape_torment_mods_guide

I would follow that to the letter and you should have no problems.

Edit: Also wanted to suggest if you haven't already done it, reinstall the game, first; then follow the above guide. Even in Win8.1x64 the Gog game install writes to the registry and creates an entry in "Programs & Features." I've noticed that some of my older games simply won't run at all unless they are installed properly--some games don't need it, but this one might--can't recall--at any rate it won't hurt.

Follow the guide after install and you should be good to go.
