Hi, I like to know how I can upgrade buildings to a higher level, especially the HQ in Pizza Connection 2. I'm playing the first mission and a winning task is to upgrade the HQ to level 3, but I can't find a button to do that.

Answer is late and maybe you found... but I was a bit lost too (I just bought the game), so here is the solution for poor souls like us : simply click on you HQ. At the bottom right of the screen, alongside others tabs, there should be a kind of "bulldoze" tab in blue. Click on it and tadaaa : the expand button is here !
I made a screenshot to help visualize more easily ;)

And for putting a rat in a concurrent's restaurant, you have to hire a courrier... and to hire courrier, click on the jail (on the city map : there is City Administration, the police center... and the jail ;)).

Hope this will help :)

In the meantime I found it, but thanks. :)
It was funny. I saw the "bulldoze button" but I always thought that this button has the function to destruct the building, like it in many other games has. xD

Exactly it is sooo confusing XD
And for people a bit lost too, the "?" always gives a lot of indications on each menu.
And too in the "statistical" menu (the icon next to the "load/save" menu) where there is the glossary which gives a lot of indication on populations.

I'm really enjoying this game, but I wish there was a better tutorial... and that there was the manual :P
Fortunately, ingame help is really helpful :)
