So far, I have only found a possibility to change the prices for all the pizzas on the menu at the same time, but I would like to change the prices of each pizza individually how does it work?

You can check your menu. Enter your shop, choose the menu and click on the prices.
Mind the Menu is not the same as the cookbook. You can only set the initial price via the cookbook, when placing a pizza on the menu.
