I am curious about the differences between AMIGA and PC versions. Could anyone shed a light on this and help me figure out which version is superior?

The biggest difference is that the Amiga version was only released in German. Other than that, there's not much between them graphically. The Amiga obviously has nicer sound, but on the whole I think the DOS version plays a bit better. It seems more responsive.
