hello, suprisingly i havent found the theme here. maybe its overal known thing and im only one man who doesnt know it.
at the begining old (ega) pirates! (i havent played newer one yet) is some kind of copy protection based on answering some questions, probably, from manual guide.
i suposed that such things are removed from gog version but they arent.

so could somebody give me link to answers? i still cant google it up :-)

In the bonus downloads, you find the manuals. This is a zip archive. Open the file "Pirates! - cheat sheet.pdf" to find the answers.
