JuliaMaluca: At first I was in love with the game. It looked like a fun RPG with trading system, a bit like a more polished and more interesting Yonder. But now it's a buggy platformer-puzzle game and I hate every second of it. I bought it as an RPG, not some weird jump'n run game with frequent deaths and imprecise saving of my last location. I'll uninstall and see what changes over the next months, but ... ugh. Not a happy camper right now.
Just browsing the posts about this game and found the above, which summarises exactly how I feel about it. The killer point for me was the platform race. I really hate platform games too. After 5 do-it-til-you-get-it-right attempts I gave up.
Overall I was enjoying the game up to that point. It kept reminding me of the early Peter Molyneaux/Bullfrog type games with 'hidden AI' and made me wonder why more developers aren't being more imaginative and clever with the astounding hardware now at their disposal.
On another positive note I played the Linux version, for which I'm very grateful, and the only technical problem was with failed autosaves as detailed elsewhere in the forum.
