I got one of the higher tier editions of the game, and I got:
Original Game instalation, divided into 3 files, and this is also where there 103 104 patches are.
But I also got a whole huge installation file for the Royal Edition, marked as DLC, but no patches or version information there.

The problem will be solved and you'll only have working links to the bonus items. The higher tier DLC full downloads never really worked anyway, at least as far as I know. Mine certainly did not and other complained about it as well.

It is totally pointless to even try to open the .bin file. The ONLY file you need to execute is the .exe file, and make sure all .bin files are in the same folder -- the exe needs them.
