I second this! On Pillars of Eternity main forum BAdler said "The update is currently live on Steam and will be live on Origin and GOG within a day or two." posted september 28 around midnight..

Again no Linux patch for The White March though, only the full installer... :(

Very disappointing, this STILL doesn't fix the Draining mod disappearing from weapons, at least retroactively.

Edit:

This does seems to be fixed in a new game, but current saves stay broken.

Just ran patch 2.02 over 2.01 base game (no expansion). Got this in the patch_log:

Pillars of Eternity patch log
Incorrect version of: C:\GAMES\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle\tier1backer.unity3d
Incorrect version of: C:\GAMES\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle\tier1preorder.unity3d

Should I worry about this?

The game loads fine, the Obsidian cape is still there and I got rid of the bonus familiars some time ago.
The version number in the Main Menu is 2.02.something, so it looks like the patch completed, despite the errors.

Game shows proper version numbers - played through Temple of Ethos and got Gauns Pledge Flail with draining intact but after save/reload it disappears.

If you download it using the Gog Downloader AND you has the White march, try to download manually the Patch FOR THE WHITE MARCH.

Strangely, in the Gog downloader's links webpage is not listed but in the normal page it's does.

I had a similar error message, and after downloading manually the (even bigger) patch, was able to install it and just played some minutes in the White March without problem
