In the manual, on page 19, under upgrades, it says we can build multiple upgrades at once.
However, in game I'm unable to do that; I'm limited to one at a time.

Anyone find out how to make it let me build multiple parts of the keep at once?

The manual is old, it was written long before the game was done, there are certainly more things not up to date in it.
