I can't agree more. They were slow with patches for Divinity: OS, Wasteland 2 and now Pillars of Eternity.
As much as I love GoG, their support for newly released games is rather pathetic and I am positive that I won't buy any new games from GoG anymore until they sort this shit out.

It wouldn't be so much of a problem if the patch itself wouldn't be critical. But in some cases, like here, it is. People run into show stoppers.
If GoG wants to continue this type of business then they need to accept that a 9-5, five days a week work time is simply not feasible.
And to be honest, I don't see what the big problem is of one of those guys going online at home and remotely upload the latest patch. If I was working there I'd be happy to make it all happen behind my own personal pc and a beer within arm's reach.

Let's hope GoG Galaxy will make things better.

There is big difference in state holiday between various countries in the world. And Easter Holidays are in Central and Eastern Europe one of the biggest holiday in a year. And everyone spends this time with their families.

Myself, like many other people in this region, have turned off my work phone on Thursday at 5.00pm, and I will not turn it on before Tuesday 8.30am. And I don't give a damn if someone cries me a river next week, that I was not available when they felt entitled to my support during Easter. People just have to learn to have respect to different cultures and nationalities. You will most likely not get any support from US at 4th July, nor support from France on 1st May as well. That's how it is :)
