Hello, just discovered the scroll, heard the voice saying to go to the Black meadow, find the wyvern skeleton and burying the scroll of Wael.

However, I have a problem, the scrolls is marked as quest item and therefore I can't transfer from the storage to the skull.
Is this how is supposed to be "bury" or I'm making something very stupid?

I just took the scroll back to Grimda, and got the same reward -- the decision you make is inconsequential.
DAH! There are two wyverns skeletons, didn't notice before it.

I'm not so sure that this decision doesn't affect your ability to get Weal's Boon later in the game. Of course I can't say for certain and googling didn't help at all, but the option for Wael during a certain quest in Act 3 was locked out for my character who gave the scroll back to Grimda.

Are you talking about Council of Stars in Teir Evron? If so, Wael is always locked out -- he turns up later on.

When you're at the right wyvern skeleton, hitting the TAB key will show the skull marked in blue. Click on the skull, and a dialogue box will pop up, asking you if you want to bury the scroll.

Ah, okay, in that case forget what I posted. Seems like it really doesn't matter. -_-

Belsirk: snip
you just go to the wyvern skelly and interact with the skull - it will be lighten up if you press 'tab', if you click on it the dialog window will pop up and there you go, you can hide the scroll and Wael will be 'appy

Well giving the scroll back to Grimda gives you rep with Defiance Bay, I'm betting burying it doesn't or even subtracts. Maybe this doesn't matter to you, but there is a difference.

Burying the scroll gives the exact same reward. Grimda is not happy with your character when you tell her, but she doesn't hold it against you, and you still get a reputation increase. As I said earlier, the decision is inconsequential.

No, I meant it makes no difference for the Council of Stars in Act 3, that's all. Not bringing back the scroll and having a reputation of being deceitful prevents you from accessing the Elder Archives without killing the priests, hindering your progress on one of the animancer's side quests, unless you're into telling Grimda about it or killing them all.

You don't gain a Deceitful reputation if you tell Grimda that you had a vision of Wael who told you to bury the scroll. I buried the scroll, told Grimda I did so, and she gave me the key to the Elder Archives.

Nah what I meant is that if you have at least [Deceptive 2] Grimda won't believe your story and will refuse to hand over the key to the Archives, saying you're just as bad as the thieves were.
