It looks like PoE has got some scaling problem on my laptop - although it is in fullscreen mode, I can see a chunk of desktop (see screenshot) and what's worse, when I try to click something, I have to click a bit in the right, near icon, not *the* icon - just like the game couldn't scale itself properly to my native resolution. Any ideas how to solve this problem?
