Two different quests in this game are just blatantly wrong. Both quests say the difficult is 4 levels below my party so I should have no problems. Yet every enemy in the area is marked as 3 skulls which means my entire party would be hard pressed to beat them and most areas have multiples.

One quest in particular (again - 4 levels below my party) has an area with a mage, priest, champion and 2 fighters. All of them have 3 skulls. My party gets wiped out in about 3 rounds irrelevant of what I do. Mages die on one hit while fighters may make it to the third round.

The quest leveling system is just completely broken and utterly meaningless if it doesn't even bother to take the enemy levels into account.
I don't understand something. It's clear enough when a quest or task is "above your level" by the skulls it gets (especially when they're in red), but how do you know a quest is "below" your level?? I'm on my 2nd playthrough and unless I've really missed something, I don't understand that. I just assumed the skulls went away when the quest/task was your current level or less.

Also, what difficulty level are you playing on?
