I just bought the season pass but it doesn't show on POE2's page or anywhere else, season pass' store page shows "owned", it's not visible on the game's tab though, is that normal?

Absolutely normal. The content of the season pass is not released yet thus you can't see it anywhere.

Exactly, it's totally normal. Although nothing is shown anywhere, the DLC will just start downloading for you, once it was released.
