Where can I find potrait packs for POE? I'm afraid Nexus mods require me to sign up and paid membership, which I would like to ignore.

No they don't. The only reason you need to create an account is for downloading files larger than 2MB. You do *not* have to part with any money unless you wish to, which brings benefits like no ads, faster downloads etc.

You can get a few high quality original portraits here.

As Hickory noted, this is not the case. It's just not obvious on their sign-up page, but you can create a free account to DL files/mods.
