The game opens in a window in the upper left corner of the screen. Haf of the winow is off screen making the game unplayable. The cursor can't be moved outside the window and there is no way to move or resize the window. There is no way that I could find to set any graphics options for the game. The directions on the support page says to click on "more" and then "other" but there is no option named "other". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

have you tried alt + enter? To force the game back to fullscreen.
