Hey,
My younger cousin and I play rpgs together a lot, and I wanted to look into PoE some more. The M rating turned me off for playing it with him, but what is actually in the game that would make it M? Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks

In a nutshell, colourful language. That's it. If you're not ok with witty dialog, such as...
"Fye, you're itching for the kindling touch of your sister, ye coxfither."
... then stay away, otherwise there is nothing in it that your cousin won't hear at school.
Here you go. What Hickory said + depiction of violence and suggested sex.

I don't remember anything too shocking in PoE, at least not more than in any other RPG (people get killed, a few bad language but not more than you can hear in most schools, a few sex allusions but nothing graphic). It's not the Witcher, I mean ;)

I don't know how old your cousin is, but if he's a teenager, it should be all fine.
