I have seen that the german amazon site, have a GOTY version of Pillars of Eternity (Original Game + Both extensions) as a physical bundle.
I try to find the same thing on GOG without success.

Does this offer is planned on GOG (one day) ?

frankly, I haven't heard about a GOTY edition for this game. Does the physical budnel require Steam or other client?

Although a GOTY was spotted on German Amazon, Obsidian have made no mention of a GOTY edition.

According to the commentaries, this is a version linked to a steam key.

To be official GOTY it would have to be declared by Obsidian, not Steam.
