Goddammit Sensuki. Get off my lawn!

Since Sensuki doesn't frequent the GOG boards himself, I'm going to take the liberty to share one of his latest videos here.

Sensuki has, through the good graces of the RPGCodex, gotten his hands on the Review Copy of the game that has gone out to select streamers, youtube channels and journalists. Instead of being a buffoon that fails miserably on live television, Sensuki, being one of the single most dedicated backers and easily one of the most knowledgeable players of the game and it's mechanics, he has chosen to create a throughout video guide that goes through the mechanics and circumstances of the game, to allow nooblets to die less hard.

Here is the first part, which goes through the verymost basics of character creation and the most basic options available to new characters:

He is working on a much longer and more throughout video right now, that shows off the very earliest prologue parts of the game, and goes through all the basic mechanics. He is slow as hell because he is lazy and I hate him because he's better than me. And also because it's a lot of stuff to go through, but mostly because he's lazy and slow.

I have not been paid to say this and I am not associated with Sensuki in any way and I have it on good authority that he looks a bit like a douchy hiphop kind of thing, instead of the cool kind of Australian that Crocodile Dundee, Flying Doctors and Steve Erwin has taught us to expect.

I don't care, I still think I was funny. I'll have you know that my mom thinks I'm *hilarious*.

I do like that photo of me though, it is lols.

On a more serious note, it does make me feel better now that you've explained it, because I initially labelled you a complete tool because of it. You look like someone I'd like to throw over a bridge and into a river (it's these watery things that isn't the ocean, for you Australian folks).

Now I think I can actually like you as a person without also being frustrated, that feels much better.

I haven't watched any videos or anything, just read the handbook, where the special ability of the moon godlike (silver tide) caught my attention... i thought that would be pretty great for a tank or fighter in general; what do you all think of that?

It used to be good, but it's supposedly been nerfed for the release version, so it's currently very hard to tell. Moon Godlike was one of the very few worthwhile Godlike racials (considering that Godlikes do not get a helmet slot).

But yes, depending on what's happened, it could be good. Could also be rubbish.

Then I'll just have to give it a try, I guess :)
