It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I'm trying to patch the game, but it was telling me I didn't have the right version. Searching the forums, I see you need the 1.0.3 patch before moving on to the next two. The problem is I can't find 1.03 to download.

Am I missing something obvious? Where is this patch on GOG?

My personal opinion and how I always handle it: if I let my version of a game get too many releases behind, I prefer a clean install. Your mileage may differ.
If the manual patching doesn't work for you, you can use GOG Galaxy. It's better than downloading the whole game again.

I got frustrated and ended up doing exactly this. Internet in my area isn't fast, so it's an equally frustrating solution, but at least it should work.

Thanks for the replying, both!
This really isn't solved. I shouldn't have to download the whole game over again because I'm a patch behind. My internet is slow, and that's not how I wanted to spend my one free evening. This is super frustrating.
I have to agree it is strange to not be able to update Pillars of Eternity normally. To have to downlaod the entire game seems a bit unnecessary to say the least.

Moreso, the mac version of the Galaxy client doesn't have the updating system yet. So that's not much help (for me, at any rate).

I have the same Problem.

I cant find and download the Patch 1.03

:/
You need to contact GOG support about this, they should be able to give you a download link for the patch you missed.
Don’t forget to share it on the forum afterwards!
I (presumably) have it since I downloaded it when it first went live. Or at least, I think it's the right file since the missing patch link is pillars_of_eternity/en1patch1, which exists in my browser history and I have the file patch_pillars_of_eternity_2.0.1.2.exe with an MD5 of 49CED84977F5C34BCCBAF6E32E734750. No idea if this is an oversight or them figuring anyone who doesn't have the first hotfix already should just download the new fully patched installer. Galaxy might be the ticket too, but I don't have it installed to check out.
