I will play PoE2 Deadfire mainly on my Lenovo MIIX 510 with a Intel HD 620 graphics Adapter, Core I5 7200U @ 2,5 GHz an round 8GB Ram.
In some situations the Mouse is a bit laggy.

Are there some tipps yet, to give the game more performance?

Your system is barely up to the minimum requirements, and well below the suggested hardware. Just turn down the resolution, make sure you don't have antialiasing or shadows. And, of course, you can always use a low Hz refresh rate setting for your monitor and enable VSync in the game - that's a good way to reduce the strain.

Even though it "looks like" BG2 there's a lot more going on, graphically, and a bottom-tier integrated graphics chip on a 15W CPU is really going to have a hard time with the game, especially when you're near water or in combat.
