I preordered the game getting the hero set and didn't get the pre order bonus item or pet. I have one DLC, which I have tried downloading twice and still dont have the bonus item or pet. Did I miss something that I was suppose to do?

Just to be sure, the last last part of the downloading, include running the executable right?

If it's not on your account, try a refresh. I had the same issue (missing KS DLC), and it solved it:

I have forgotten to install the preorder dlc and played some hours, does the dlc get included in my old save game?
Edit: No Problem the bonus is added to the save games.

Please check if someone already posted similar issue before posting ;-). It's even solved and everything.

Edit: oh I suppose it may not be logical to look at a thread about kickstarter items for Hero set bonusses. My bad.

I purchased the Royal version and cannot get any of the 3 DLC to download. I tried refreshing my account and they are not showing up?
