Apparently, this happens to some but not others, and it's happened to me. I registered a Kickstarter Backer code, I got the Hero Edition, but I did not get the Kickstarter Items, only the Pre-Order Items.

I've sent a support ticket, but thought I might as well start a thread, too.

Anyone with any ideas?

I'm missing them as well &...I did the same thing. I also put a ticket through the eternity.obsidian.net site as well.

I only got one of them, the kickstarter item. Above the box on my shelf it says +3 dlcs but it only has the installer for the game the kickstarter item and the preorder item and pet, no kickstarter pet...

Yeah that doesn't help me...I'm only showing 1 DLC when I should have 3...ie the KS items aren't in my account to download.

Mine says +4 DLC, but I only see 3

Did you try it? I also had only 1 DLC showing and this fixed it for me.

I don’t know why the title says "4 DLC", 3 is the right number here.
Maybe they just count the pre-order pet and item as two DLC… (wild guess) Kickstarter and pre-order bonus are *not* the same.

Tried the refresh multiple times, but it didn't work... I backed the game at the highest digital tier and I used my royal edition key on steam and got both items, so I should have both kickstarter items here on gog...

I don't see my KS DLC on my Web shelf, but it does seem to be referenced in the Galaxy alpha client. :-/

Edit: okay, I tried the suggestion to refresh my account and it's brought them into sync. :-)

Refreshing doesn't help, so don't mark this as "solved".
