Same rate here. Fluctuating between 1.2 and 1.9 MBs. Considering my crappy italian DSL, it's very good.
My only doubt is that the installer says "english". I suppose that is because the different language are all bundled given that the voice are english only.
Have to go now, will be back tonight after dinner to install and play.
Can't wait. Goddamn how many years since the last infinity engine :)
Edit: I forgot: It's 6.33Gb. Very highly compressed. Good job.

I am getting absolutely terrible download rates, hovering around 20 kb/s. Part 2 also thinks it finished at only 277 MB, so I guess I have to start that over.
