Please, how to build this multiclass efficasely?

I'm not sure if anyone knows the most efficient way right now.

But personally i'd go for ranged weapons, maxed intelligence, and moderate to high might. Pick mostly support skills from the Paladin side and control/high damage skills from the Cipher side.

A beefy Inqusitor might also work out well, one-hander and shield, high constitution and resolve with moderate intelligence. Pick the defensive based Paladin skills and the best Cipher control skills.

I'm playing a Fanatic (Paladin / Barbarian) myself, very fun two-handed melee beast. :)
