Hi there,

is there currently a way to update Pillars from ver. 1.04?
The GOG Updater wants to download a patch but has the start-pause-bug (switches pause every second without downloading)
Switching to Compatibility (vista) + run as admin doesnt change anything.
I already downloaded patch 2.03, 3.00 and 3.01.

Ive got a really crappy Net access so i dont want to download the whole game again to get the current version (6,6 gb)
If i find all the patches and the size of all is only 100 mb smaller than 6.6 gb would save me 1 whole hour!!!!

So is there a way to get the older patches or to tell the downloader to stop stutterung?

P.S. The downloader itself works, loading the whole game right now, just doesnt want to get the previous updates.

OK sorry,
I found an older Thread saying to get the whole game to update from 1.06...
I guess the older patches arent available anymore and that is why the downloader is stuttering.

Using galaxy get me from 2.03 to 3.0 with WM pt1&2 (right after buying WM pass) in 45 mins and from 3.0 to 3.01 in time that i did not notice.

Your mileage may vary, since on my computer, the 3.0 to 3.01 "update" (a 5.6 GB download, i.e. redownloading the whole freaking game, apparently) will take 5 hours...

It's "a little" bothersome to have that kind of download every time a game has a small update.On my computer, galaxy is simply useless for new games, which is kinda unfortunate since patch management is a big selling point of game clients.
