My POE2 is right now updating with an update around 3 gigas in size. I can't find online why and what does this update changes- especially if there are any balanaces/bufs*nerfs, and if i can avoid it.

anyone else's game is being updated today?

There was an update yesterday (it's past midnight here). Click on the version number in your Galaxy library and it will show you the changelog. Alternatively, go to the GOG web page and click on POE2 in your games shelf and select 'More >> Changelog.
