Now when there's the core game, two expansions parts, and each of them has patches, I just have no idea :)
If I want to do a clean install, how would I got about it?

Download the following from your account:

Pillars of Eternity installer 3.01 (3 parts)
Preorder bonus (if you have it)
White March - Part 1 3.01 (2 parts)
White March - Part 2 3.01 (2 parts)

Uninstall the game. Re-install with 3 part installer. Install preorder bonus. Install WM part 1. Install WM part 2.

That's it.

In that case I better wait for them to be 3.02 first?
I remember the main confusion was around how to apply patches.
