Hello,
I preordered the Royal version. My 3 DLC are not showing for download. I tried refreshing my account and no luck? Everything else is downloading fine? Please help

No I was not a kickstarter backer. I saw the +3 DLC listed above the game and was wondering if I am supposed to download those also?

Two of the DLC are the KS bonus items and, unfortunately, the "+3 DLC" will show up for everyone whether they were a backer or not. Since you bought the Royal Edition you have all of the goodies for the Royal Edition Pre-order. If you think you are missing something, please send us a support ticket :)

For DLC missing from your account, you might want to give a try to the solution proposed in this thread:

If it still doesn’t appear on your account, then the support ticket is the way to go.
