Tried that and couldn't get it to work.

No promise it'll work but it did seem to fix the cloud sync problem for me: reinstall the client. I reinstalled both, the client and the game (Rum Runner's Pack problems) and was afterwards asked to sync my local files. And it worked. So before downloading 20GB start with a few MB - sounds like a Galaxy issue rather than an actual game one anyway.

I may try that, the weird thing is on one of my desktops (I play on multiple desktops and one laptop) it syncs but my other systems won't...I don't get it. I've just been using a USB thumb drive to transfer saves, annoying as the cloud saves should sync. Just seems like a hassle to go through those steps on all the systems. It's the only game I'm having the issue with and all was fine until the Rum Rummers DLC...Surely someone has opened a ticket with GOG?
I don't even have any saves to sync and its just sitting here hung up saying that its syncing cloud saves with the play game button greyed out.
