This isn't really a problem with GoG but I thought someone might have a solution or the same problem.

I already contacted support a couple of hours ago but haven't heard anything from them yet and I imagine they are superbusy anyway.


Thing is, I seem to have linked my pledge succesfully to the Eternity account but under "Products" there is nothing but a "No products available... yet!" message waiting for me. So no key generation. Someone on the comments from the latest kickstarter announcement mentioned to try and link the pledge again but that didn't work either. At least I haven't received a new e-mail yet.

As I said, might be something I don't have any control over and you guys can't help me whatsoever, but it's worth a try I guess :)

Okay finally got on; do you have anything under your Order History?

No there's nothing on the Orders tab and nothing on the Products tab as well.

Does in the Manage Pledges tab says: 'Your pledge order is complete' in a green box?

Obsidian's site is completely down for me, I tried to reach it, but nothing. It's so awesome. :D I haven't experienced something like this for years.

I think the last time stuff went down because of a release was 5-6 years ago on Steam during a christmas sale or so. :D Normally all services today have so much power that they can handle stress like that.

it says "Pledge confirmed" under status. That's what you meant isn't it? (Slightly different wording)

If I remember correctly, getting something to show up under 'products' is a 2-step process. You have to link you Kickstarter pledge, which it seems you have done. Now I think that only transforms the amount you pledged into something like gog's store credit. You have to use that and actually order the game, presumably under the 'order' tab. Maybe you haven't done that second step? I might be completely wrong here, it has been quite some time since I did it and I don't fully remember the process.

There's not really an option to order anything under "Orders", sadly. On the pledges page I can also see that I don't have any credit availabe anymore so I might have done that ordering step already. It's been a hell of a long time for me as well.

That sounds weird. I guess you have to contact Obsidian and go through their support then. Maybe you're lucky and they can sort this out quickly. Its not even lunch time there :D

I just did that, hope they respond fast enough for me to enjoy the game sometime this evening instead of tomorrow.

I just checked my emails and I found one confirming my order from November last year. It says I successfully ordered the game and used store credit as payment. Do you have such an email?

I actually don't have such an email. The last one I got before opening support tickets was one to confirm my pledge

This message has been one that I supposedly read so I also suppose that I clicked on the link provided in that email. Nonetheless I never seem to have received an email like yours. (Or I might have deleted it, I wouldn't remember).
