akingeor: I've been to Defiance Bay numerous times completing many quests and tasks. Now I cannot enter it at all. All locations are grayed out on the world map and there is no access from the bridge. Is this a known bug, something new, or am I just missing something?

Hickory: Defiance bay becomes unavailable after the animancy hearings when the duke and lady Webb are both killed and the city goes into anarchy. It is opened again later in the game.
