I bought the Obsidian edition. I looked forward to the weekend ...
The frustrating result:
I spent many hours in updating drivers, tried it with and without beta patch of PoE II, verified the installation via gog, changed game resolution, launched game as administrator, checked GPU/CPU usage, explicitly reserved one of my two GTX 680 for POE II, tried it with and without PoE I savegame ...
I have been unable to progress as the game regularly freezes during character creation, usually when I decide the race, once later, when I tried to set the points in might. Rarely it freezes earlier, after the dwarf-event.
What else can I do? Is there anyone else with the same problem and a solution?
