I need to do the bounty task at Elmshore - I can't see it yet on the map though.

What quest to do, or area to go to open Elmshore?

You have to continue on with the main quest and complete chapter 2 before Stormwall Gorge opens up to reach Elmshore.

Ahh, ok - thanks for the info.

It says I've completed part one - so just keep doing quests till I get there then
Having trouble killing that awful green dragon underneath my stronghold at the moment though
