Hello there!

I've been having an issue regarding the DLC Beast of winter and I was hoping you could help me.

The DLC is installed perfectly: in the menu screen I can see the "check" on the DLC so as to indicate it's succesfully installed. However, I do not receive the missive nor there is an unidentified location on my map (for the island to go). Yes, I have load a pre-end game slot and I have been inside a town (even slept at the inn), I have wandered around with my ship but nothing... I receive nothing... and if that was not enoug, I am having kind of a bug that every time I leave a town, I always receive the message of "You have a letter from Maia" (telling me she has abandoned the ship and so on...).

I am quite desperate and this matter is getting on my nerves. Could anyone please give me some solution or piece of advice?

Select PoE II and select 'More >> Manage Installation >> Verify / Repair'.

I appreciate your response, Hickory but unfortunately I don't know where exactly can I find the "Manage Installation" option. Is it in the gog library web page?? Is it somewhere in my computer?? Hope you can give me some more guidance in this matter.
